Yearly Preventative Maintenance Plan

Service Description

Membership includes a yearly checkup and service on customer agreed item (i.e. water heater, AC unit, Water softener, Furnace) that has been installed or repaired by Solid Ground Construction. (Example would be a water heater being installed or flushed and inspected by us, we can then begin a yearly service.) This is maintenance only. this does not cover a product failure or repair. It is a yearly fee and covers up to two items per household. Customer must call and schedule date and will be notified of upcoming service date.
